Payment information
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card numbers are sent directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers. The processor handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Credit card authorizations
When you sign a credit card authorization, we record your name, the cardholder's name, billing address, email, phone number if provided, your drawn signature, and the date and time, together with the invoice and terms you agreed to. After payment, the form also records the card type, last four digits, and expiration date provided with your payment. We use these records to process your payment, provide you with a copy, verify the authenticity of signed documents, and respond to payment questions or disputes. We keep them for at least seven years. Authorization forms never include your full card number or security code. Our website also keeps a private security log, which can include IP addresses, to detect fraud and abuse.
